I have stayed in the Barn and Garden room and now the Treehouse. This is the most extraordinary environment, all these dwellings are completely different, but each a perfect paradise in its own way. It’s like being in another country. The attention to detail, wonderful glimpses from every window and light playing over everything. So now that I have lived in all three rooms, I can choose next time knowing what each room holds. Thank you Ron and Alison, I’ll be a regular!

Sitting in the chair swings late into the evening, cannot believe we are only an hour away from home! Listening to the birds and swaying in the breeze such a tranquil place to relax. This is the last stay on our honeymoon and we have travelled through Cornwall and Dorset and now here. We want to stay longer; best nights sleep ever! What you have created is truly wonderful and everyone should get to stay a night at some time to refresh the mind and get away from it all. Thank you so much for breakfast and the opportunity to stay in such a magical place. I’m certain we will be back for many anniversaries!

A lovely location, surrounded by nature. Lovely hosts (and cat!!!) Feels more like a home than a B&B.

John’s 35th Birthday!! Having been together since we were 15 it is sometimes hard to find the magic… we certainly did this weekend!! A once in a lifetime experience in spite of /because of the wind!! Fantastic breakfast. A real treat.

“Quality”!! Paradise in the tree tops! Thank you, thank you and thank you again, for such a magical stay. Your hospitality was second to none. An enchanted tree house in an enchanted wood. Incredible.

What a fantastic break. Such a beautiful and quiet getaway. Not a second we didn’t enjoy! The coast, Gunwarf Quay, Arundel, the castle. Everything made this the best romantic break we’ve ever been on. Lovely hosts making us feel at home and a bed fit for a king. The Barn will forever be in our hearts … We will definitely be coming back.

Thank you for creating such a wonderful peaceful place for a weary bride and groom. The Barn with its spiral staircase, high ceilings, sunlights and tranquil blue room will always remain with us as containing some of our happiest and most peaceful moments as a new Mr and Mrs. PS. Your cat is lovely.

This is the sort of place you’d like to come for every birthday, every anniversary and Christmas ever after! Of course you want Alison and Ron here to look after you in every detail. At the risk of sounding repetitive – Castle Cottage is a delight. Long may it continue.

What a wonderful,tranquil, romantic place to wake up in. It was such a treat to hear the birds singing and nothing else! The breakfast was fantastic!

Well, having read through all the comments in the guest book we can truly say they are not exaggerating – wonderful breakfasts, beautiful rooms, comfortable bed, deep bath, home made biscuits, complete tranquillity, we’ll definitely be back!

Thank you for a wonderful stay! What a magical place, neither of us stopped smiling the whole time we were here. As everyone has pointed out the breakfasts were magnificent and the hosts superb! We will definitely be coming back.

Our first visit to this locality and what an amazing find! Really lived up to our expectations – such a special and unique place and truly relaxing in our secret garden. Thank you Ron and Alison for your genuine hospitality and friendly welcome – nothing was too much trouble! Breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. Added bonuses were the wren’s nest in the porch and the ‘birdie’ alarm clock.

We came here to have a 60th. Birthday simply ‘slip’ by unnoticed … however it has become a time that we will now always remember! Thank you for creating this magical place.
