Bookings are secured by payment of a deposit of half the amount either by cheque or Faster Payments Service by internet. The balance is payable by transfer one week before the stay or in cash on arrival. Payment for late bookings is by cash on arrival. We are unable to accept credit or debit cards.
Bookings will be held for five working days to give time for arrival of deposit. Once deposit is received the booking will be confirmed if deposit has not arrived the dates may be offered to others.
Cancellations policy is that if you cancel up to three weeks before your stay your deposit will be refunded minus a £5 admin. fee. If you cancel within the three weeks we will try and re-sell the room, if we manage to your deposit will be returned as before, if not, your deposit will not be returned.
Please re-confirm your booking a few days prior to your stay and advise your expected arrival time.
Check in is between 4pm and 9pm and check out by 11am, or by arrangement.

The vouchers are valid for as long as we are in business but if they are redeemed in the year or years following issue, the difference between the price paid and the current rate is payable.
